About Us
COMPASS™ International B.V.
COMPASS™ was founded by Mr. Dick Verburg (Also founder of EPST) and Captain Robin Acton (the EPST’s selection Manager).
Reason for starting COMPASS; to improve the selection for their own candidates (EPST students) as they were not satisfied with the available industry selection tools.
HISTORY OF COMPASS:1998-2000; validate the system for pilot and candidate pilot selection.2000 -2020; after many requests, we decided to make this tool/service available to others
WHY COMPASS: we strongly promoted the fact that candidate pilots should be selected well and also we believe that airlines should carefully select their candidates on “handling skills” etc.
